We're looking for a Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into customers. You’ll be responsible for cold outreach, discovery calls, and appointment setting, as well as supporting the sales team with proposals and market research.   • Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social selling.

Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and determine if our solution is a good fit.

Optimizes lead generation and conversion of DEVTAC Set up appointments and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.

Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

  • Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and other sales-related efforts.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management:

Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
