Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to product delivery and project management
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
- Consults with senior business leaders to identify relevant quality standards and measurements for the assigned areas
- Manages and expands relationships with internal partners. Provides domain-specific expertise and overall quality leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs and activities
- Facilitate decision-making and information validation within the team, ensuring alignment and collaboration in achieving project goals
- Manage and mentor a team of process designers and improvement specialists. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Set performance goals and guide team members in the execution of process improvement projects.
- Agile Product Management: Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, customer-centric products. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements through effective sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous collaboration with development teams.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Use Design Thinking and user-centered design practices to deeply understand customer pain points and needs, translating them into actionable product features that enhance the overall CX.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of CX initiatives across multiple touchpoints (mobile apps, websites, automation workflows, etc.).
- Artificial Intelligence in CX: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and drive alignment with CX Strategy. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI product success.
- Change Management: Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies. Work with stakeholders to address resistance and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving the refinement of product processes, workflows, and tools to enhance team performance and delivery.
- Best Practice Development: Continuously develop and refine best practices, process documentation, and tools that support the organization's ongoing commitment to process excellence and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leading product teams and delivering CX solutions in the areas of app development, automation, and system integration.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Proven experience in applying Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with the ability to effectively prioritize, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps.
- Strong technical understanding of AI product development, analytics and management.
- Comfortable with technical discussions and capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in applying Design Thinking principles to product development, with a focus on user-centric design and customer feedback loops.
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and managing process improvement initiatives in a large, complex organization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Experience in team leadership and project management, with the ability to lead complex projects and drive results
- Demonstrated change management expertise, including the ability to guide teams through transitions and process changes
- Strong commitment to project management, efficiency, and quality.
