About the Job:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and high English literacy, along with a knack for design skills related to weights and measurements. The ideal candidate will excel at following up with clients and leveraging strong computer literacy to ensure a seamless sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients through emails, and digital platforms.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and promote products or services with a clear understanding of client needs.
- Teams call or phone call appointment setting on Outlook.
Design and Technical Skills:
- Utilize design skills related to weights and measurements to create customized client proposals and solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in product specifications and customer requirements.
- Collecting specifications (performance requirements, product dimensions, application type)
Lead Coordination and Prospecting:
- Full responsibility for incoming leads.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM and other sales tools.
Continuous Learning and Development
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on selling tangible products or items that require detailed specifications.
- Experience in custom goods manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering a positive client experience.
- High English literacy, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Design skills, particularly in weights and measurements, with attention to detail.
- Excellent follow-up skills to maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
