Kenvue is recruiting for a n Interface Reconciliation Analyst for its Finance Operations team. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Interface Reconciliation team. The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Interface Reconciliation processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team for all activities related to Interface Reconciliation
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
• Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
• Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.
• Other tasks delegated by the Team Lead/Manager
  
  

Compliance-

• Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
• Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.
  
  

Required Qualifications -

• A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
• Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines .
  
  

Desi red Qualifications -

• Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools are good to have
• Experience in a Interface, Procurement & General Accounting, or Financial Reporting department desirable
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement, and communication
• Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable
  
  

Languages-

• Fluent English, other language skills desirable Fluent English
