As a Salesforce consulting professional at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

• Plan, design, and lead testing phases in implementation projects such as system integrated testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive and structured test plans based on project scope and timeline.
• Write test cases for user stories, and develop automated test scripts for SIT and UAT purposes.
• Drive test phases according to test plan to ensure successful SIT and UAT.
• Perform in-depth end-to-end functional testing to evaluate functional stability and ensure business requirements are being met, and are “fit-for-purpose”.
• Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues identified in testing.
• Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
• Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.

About You

• College degree graduate
• Required skills: functional or manual testing, at least 2 salesforce certifications
• At least 5 years relevant work experience is required.
• Has an experience leading people or conducting manual testing training.
• Must have at least 1 or 2 salesforce certifications.
• Experienced in performing functional testing, end to end testing experience is preferred.
• Must have exposure to different salesforce platforms such as sales, service, experience cloud etc.
• Must have actual experience working on salesforce projects.
• Interested candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
