We are searching for Ultra High Temperature (UHT) Technician Supervisor responsible for overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of UHT processing equipment. This role includes supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, improving equipment performance to maintain efficient and high-quality production.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our plant located in Medina, Misamis Oriental, Northen Mindanao.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

UHT Supervision and Leadership

  • Leads and supervises UHT junior technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
  • Provides technical guidance and hands-on support to technicians during troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Conducts training sessions to improve team skills in UHT equipment maintenance and operations.

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

  • Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance of UHT processing systems.
  • Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical and automation faults in UHT machines.
  • Minimizes downtime by implementing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Installation

  • Assists in installation and commissioning of new machines, ensuring proper setup.
  • Tests newly installed equipment to verify functionality

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintains records of maintenance schedules, repairs and parts used
  • Generates reports on machine performance, downtime and improvements
  • Responsible for spare parts inventory management to avoid production delays

Safety and Compliance

  • Follows workplace safety protocols and ensure others do the same
  • Ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UHT processing, dairy, juice or beverage
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills in UHT equipment
  • Knowledge in PLCs, automation and industrial controls
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Quality control and production management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
