- Craft and deliver compelling pitches highlighting the Agency’s unique service offerings, emphasizing expertise in brand creation, video production, website development, and marketing strategies tailored for the Latino market
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, scheduling appointments and follow-up meetings to move deals forward effectively
- Utilize Constant Contact CRM to manage client information, track sales progress, and ensure efficient follow-up processes
- Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop customized proposals that address specific client needs and showcase the agency’s capabilities
- Identify and pursue subcontracting opportunities with other marketing agencies, leveraging specialized skills to complement their service offerings
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and innovations, particularly those relevant to the Latino market, to position the agency as a thought leader in the industry
- Work towards ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to the agency’s growth and expansion into new markets
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts effectively in both languages
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or related creative industries
- Exceptional cold calling skills and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Constant Contact, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Familiarity with the Latino market and cultural nuances is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
