Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify & classify financial security information utilizing multiple investment analysis tools and databases, and utilize those inputs to generate specialized reports for Financial Advisor teams
  • Investigate, research, and resolve report inaccuracies as identified by functional team members and Financial Advisor teams
  • Generate ad hoc reports as determined by business needs and respond to related inquiries
  • Ensure accuracy of reports generated and feedback provided to other key stakeholders
  • Identify process breakdowns, propose solutions to drive simplification and effectiveness within functional team
  • Adhere to firm’s control policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of financial instruments required: Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Options & Futures Contracts
  • 0-3 years’ experience in data entry or client service role
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Familiarity with major market and exchanges: NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.
  • Familiarity with Excel functions: Lookups, Sum & IF functions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and keep team apprised on open items
  • Familiarity with Morningstar or other investment analysis tools
