Job Description

We are seeking an Telesales Representative to drive client engagement and support sales efforts across multiple locations. This role involves high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, CRM management, and marketing coordination to enhance lead conversion and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Identify decision-makers and secure interest in meetings.
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Ensure high-potential leads to maximize conversions.
  • Track and manage meetings using CRM tools.
  • Research and identify top prospects in nonprofit and construction industries.
  • Qualify leads and conduct warm follow-ups.
  • Use sales scripts and email sequences to boost engagement.
  • Track outreach activities and booked meetings in Method CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Provide regular performance updates on outreach success.

Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in high-volume outbound calling (150-200 calls per day).
  • Proven expertise in using CRM systems like HubSpot and WellSky is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, sales, or lead generation preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional, motivated, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Hardware Requirements

  • At least a 720p HD Webcam.
  • A noise-canceling headset.
  • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
  • A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
  • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM

Compensation and Benefits

  • Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to PHP 42,500 per month, based on experience.
