  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Schedules and attends to meeting with insurance companies on claims concern
  • Acknowledges claims notification request
  • Coordinates with insurance companies in evaluating and processing claims documents
  • Ensures settlement of insurance claims within the given Service Level Agreement
  • Informs claimant on the necessary requirements needed for filing
  • Monitors issuance of claim check, and other documents from insurance company, makes follow-up if necessary
  • Gives regular feedback to the claimant on status of claim
  • Ensures that turn-around time standard for claims is observed by insurance companies

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of any four (4) year college course
  • Experience(s): At least one (1) year work experience in MicroInsurance
  • Knowledge on Life and Non-Life Insurance Policies
  • Insurance Product Knowledge
  • Specific Knowledge: Claims procedure and records management
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati area
