The Endorsements Officer contributes to the creation of a strong BPI brand that will be the foundation for a differentiated brand experience that delights customers, through the use of brand endorsers to champion the bank’s value propositions, while at the same time creating value for the bank.

He or She manages and oversees the end-to-end implementation of Endorser Management through third Party Engagement, Value Negotiations, and Service Delivery. The officer also manages the execution of negotiated media values of Endorser Contracts, on top of what is stipulated in the contract in order to maximize the engagement.

The Endorsements Officer, actively analyzes and recommends utilization values in order to deliver marketing, communications and business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Strategizes and recommends the use of celebrity endorsers / mega influencers which are aligned with the branding direction of the bank and its segments, in order to create brand differentiation and salience through the endorser’s community and star power.
  • Conducts and coordinates talent briefings, technical and pre-production meetings together with endorser team, agency and IMC in relation to endorser’s activities.
  • Actively manages endorser team partnership to provide a working relationship that is focused on collaboration, mutual benefit and optimization.
  • Identifies opportunities for endorser use. Monitors and manages the negotiated values and consumed jobs related to the endorsement contracts, events costings, and sponsorships, in coordination with IMC and SPCs
  • Monitors endorser’s marketing, communications and business performance against the campaign’s intended goals; and recommends next steps.
  • Manages the A&P and OPEX budget for Endorsement Management.
  • Ensures compliance with all Risk Guidelines in line with Talent Contracts, Engagement, Payments, and Documentation.
  • Manages all Internal and External relations, professionalizing ways of working with proper documentation of Project Requirements, Agreements, Approvals, Activity Timelines, Delivery Dates, and Project Close-outs. This is in consideration of all supporting documentation needed for compliance with Risk, Party Agreements, Vendor Relations, Transaction billing, payments, and historical references.
  • Optimize the Endorser Management Processes through maximizing data gathering tools, improved ways of working and more efficient processes.
  • Takes on special projects that will support the Brand Strategies of the bank.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or any related course
  • At least 4 years of experience in Mass Communications / Influencer Management / Celebrity Management
