- Build technical understanding of the Payments ecosystem
- Provide technical support for batch jobs and applications, including debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze application logs to identify and resolve issues promptly .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve application-related incidents, including customer reported complaints .
- Participate in incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize business impact .
- Provide impact analysis of vendor changes and support vendor changes
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Experience in change management and incident management processes .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
- Experience in Unix/Shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Experience in SQL.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SumoLogic , Splunk, and Dynatrace .
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS .
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices .
- Familiarity in change and incident management
