The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Director to lead our expansion efforts within the Domestic Philippines Market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BPO industry and a proven track record of driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BPO industry and a proven track record of driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
The Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to penetrate the domestic market.
- Business Growth: Drive business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s presence within the Philippines.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients.
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales teams, set performance targets, and provide guidance and mentorship to achieve sales objectives.
- Proposal Development: Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, RFP responses, and business cases to prospective clients.
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the BPO industry, with a focus on the domestic Philippines market.
