Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals/fresh graduates to join us in Ortigas in the role of MIS Officer.

In this role, you are responsible for generating & distributing accurate periodic & ad hoc reports promptly, as well as providing essential analysis based on empirical historical data to aid the Division in decision-making.

What The Role Will Entail

  • Generate, validate, and distribute reports accurately and timely.
  • Provide reports for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS Programs for efficiency and error reduction.
  • Troubleshoot both simple & complex SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency & efficiency.
  • Maintain customer-centric culture and relay feedback to management on issues including but not limited to customer needs, complaints, fraudulent transactions, and suspicious accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank, BSP, and other external regulatory bodies.
  • Implement audit & quality control measures.


What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any Statistical/Business-related course
  • Strong analytical and MIS skills
  • Working knowledge on Basic Banking Practices, Policies and Relevant Regulatory Concerns
  • Proficient MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection
