Your Accountabilities

As Manager S&PD Strategy you are responsible articulate multi-category strategies in close collaboration with the Director S&PD , the Management Team and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure that the long term vision aligns with the organization’s overall vision You initiate, shape and conduct strategic studies, analyzes market trends, identifies growth opportunities, defining the future needs of untapped or growing business segments, and follows-through transposition in to the Long-Range Planning (LRP).

• You orchestrate the analysis, preparations and discussion to conduct strategy review (annual/quarterly Strategy Cycle Governance and Execution) and define Must-Win-Battles.
• You take over the management of cross-departmental, decisive projects of the market and orchestrate multicategory together with the business and commercial stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the OGSM process of the market.
• You conduct regular strategy meetings with key functions and internal stakeholders to keep them updated.
• You gather and analyze both internal and external data (market and business developments) for strategic decisions, and generate reports, analyses, and presentations based on these insights.
• You lad ad-hoc and regular planning of upcoming strategic studies

Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks

• Perform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities – sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding AR
• Relieving function where needed to sustain business operations
• Execute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channel to achieve business objectives
  
  

Skill And Competencies

• College graduate of any course (preferably business related courses)
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• Field sales exposure is an advantage
• Experience in General trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommended
• Valid driver’s license and knows how to drive 2 wheels (motorcycle) and 4 wheels (manual transmission)
  
  

Work Location: Cauayan or Tuguegarao Sales Office– should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Cauayan or Tuguegarao Sales Office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
