- Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience Technical Recruiting.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT recruiter.
- Knowledge of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ethical conduct and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
- HR certification or training in technical recruitment.
