Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience Technical Recruiting.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT recruiter.
  • Knowledge of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ethical conduct and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.

  • HR certification or training in technical recruitment.
