Key Responsibilities:

- Customize onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Client Support and Guidance:
- Provide weekly check-ins with clients to offer ongoing support and address any questions or concerns.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our services.
Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly review and assess the performance of the services provided to clients.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, support, and product development.
- Ensure that client feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
