Job Summary

  • Coordinates plans/strategies to achieve acceptable overdue resolutions/ratios in Real Estate and other assigned portfolio and to prevent deterioration to NPL and probable loss.

What will make you successful?

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business course.
  • Should have a strong knowledge of collection, processes, credit, operations and consumer lending.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in credit and collection function in supervisory capacity, preferably in a retail financing company.
  • Exemplary supervisory and scientific skills; highly analytical, organized; people and results-oriented
  • Computer literate and expert in report preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace especially in Excel, Sheets and PowerPoint.
