  • Managing sales teams and resources to drive profitable growth.
  • Defining and scaling the sales force structure in line with market conditions.
  • Setting individual sales targets, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Overseeing sales team activities, setting targets, and providing ongoing training.
  • Conducting performance reviews, offering feedback, and driving high performance.
  • Collaborating with regional leaders to establish and execute sales goals.
  • Reporting on sales metrics, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Staying updated on products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Networking and attending promotional events to build contacts.
  • Understanding customer needs and aligning services to meet those needs.
  • Developing innovative strategies to achieve sales targets.


The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in contract logistics or freight forwarding or shipping
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
