Senior Account Executive for Visayas [Cebu Based]
The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects and maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.
Job Description
- Establishes and acquires new accounts through field sales work, online marketing, cold calling, and/or maintaining an existing account, if any.
- Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, online, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Submits price quotations and follows through with accounts, including documentary requirements.
- Maintains regular communications with customers to address their inquiries and concerns on time.
- Collaborates regularly with management to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets and projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing and new services.
- Weekly meeting with the management team.
- Achieves monthly sales quota as specified by the Management.
- Prepares and submits:
- Weekly Sales Itinerary.
- Daily Sales Report indicates all details and activities during an actual sales call.
- Sales Quotation to customers.
- Monthly Sales Report.
- Ensures all client requests are met on time & proper coordination.
- Analyzes industry trends and proactively sourced prices from competitors, vendors, and agents to benchmark the Company's standard selling rates.
- Recommends strategic action to correct customer complaints & acknowledges client commendation for any positive remarks, and promotes company standards to minimize costs while conforming to customers’ requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Studies/Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- Well-organized and keen on details.
- Must have excellent communication skills in writing and speaking in English. Must be able to build a good rapport with clients.
- At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
- Must be goal-driven, results-oriented, proactive, must have initiative, and can work well with minimal supervision.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and video-conferencing software.
