As an Associate UI/UX Designer in 2X, you will develop variations of B2B digital assets, including websites and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with different team members in problem-solving, decision-making, and organization for campaigns, giving you overall exposure to a comprehensive B2B marketing service.
Challenges you’ll tackle (Accountabilities & Responsibilities)
- User Interface Development: Translate design concepts into visually compelling prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs, ensuring seamless user experiences and responsive layouts across devices.
- Brand Integration: Incorporate the client's brand guidelines, analyzing existing design assets to inform decisions and enhance performance.
- Design Optimization: Execute and adapt design assets across multiple platforms, drive A/B testing initiatives, and propose data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Design Systems Development: Support the development and maintenance of UI kits and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, marketing, data & developer teams) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
- Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Deliverables:
- Support in providing design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation campaigns.
- Create various digital marketing assets with provided templates or concept directions from seniors and leads, including landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, digital or social banner ads, and reporting dashboards.
- Assist in web projects covering UX, user journey, information architecture, wireframing, web analysis, and UI
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, particularly web projects.
Must-haves:
- Portfolio as it is an important part of the evaluation process for this role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to XD, Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to present concept visualizations through prototypes, mockups, and illustrations.
- Capability to integrate technical and visual solutions into design concepts.
- Basic understanding of design principles, design conceptualization, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
