S&OP Analyst - Hybrid

Reporting to Global S&OP Manager, the primary responsibility of this role focuses in creating Global supply plans to support the Business Unit’s Global demand forecast and communicate the supply plans to the appropriate manufacturing location. This role will work closely with the originating Business unit to understand the Global demand forecast and any changes to the forecast that could cause supply constraints in the Global supply chain. The role will actively support the governance and execution of a Business Unit’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and be responsible for creating the data and review material for the various meetings and forums. Full support on the implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is also required. This role is Global and not limited to supporting a single manufacturing site or location.

About The Job

  • Analyze supply and demand data to support Senior S&OP analysts in developing long term global supply plans that support business requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales team in development of global demand forecasts and subsequent global supply plans
  • Forecast Accuracy root cause analysis
  • Support and participate in business-level S&OP governance
  • Collaborate with site operations & supply chain teams to ensure adherence to the supply plans – track performance to plan
  • Develop global inventory outlooks & forecasts, identify and drive actions to achieve the targets
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis: sales analysis, S&OP masterdata analysis.
  • Support global EOL, NPI and E&O initiatives.
  • Drive improvement projects or actions (with international teams / multisite)



About You

  • Education: BA/BS degree in a business, supply chain management, logistics or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years’ work experience in Supply Chain
  • Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Demand Planning, Production Planning, Master scheduling, Material Planning, and Logistics is vital to successfully navigate the diverse business departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and having a mindset for problem solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP required
  • Computer skills/ability to work with various software packages
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • High English level (written and spoken)
  • Availability to attend early morning and evening calls
