The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with live-streaming. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management.
- Be responsible for creators education & training. Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with and understand the platform, live functions and platform policies.
- Develop development paths and content strategies for creators, monitor creator live performance, and help creators improve data and content quality.
- Daily creator operations, providing help, support and communication to creators, encouraging creators to go live broadcasting; and weekly/monthly dimension creator performance analysis.
- Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.
- Based on the region and the live industry itself, to provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for live creator operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Min. 3 years' experience in content, marketing or partnerships roles in tech & media industry.
- Preferred Industries: social network, mobile entertainment, technology, and media & entertainment, education & training.
- Candidates who have worked with, or have connections with, creators, agencies, media companies, OTT, celebrities and livestreaming applications are preferred.
- Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.
- Excellent business acumen in emerging technology. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Self-starter and able to manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep passion for mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
- Experience in livestreaming industry and understanding of latest livestreaming trends.
- Team management experience.
