Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Engineer located in Metro Manila. The Presales Engineer will engage in day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, crafting presales strategies, collaborating with the sales team, integrating security solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of security systems and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
Qualifications
At least 3 years e
- xperience in Technical Support, Presales, and Sales
- Skills in Systems Integration and Security Solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is beneficial
