The role

We're looking for a Seller Programs Associate to conceptualize and execute initiatives that drive seller success. The person in this role will manage key programs like Joint Business Plans, Key Business Partners, and Seller Barter Programs while supporting seller engagement, education, and enablement.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop seller growth programs with the regional seller programs team as well as share feedback from the local sales teams on the effectiveness of these programs

- Execute said seller growth programs—cascade to relevant commercial teams, manage timelines, set targets and track overall performance

- Support seller engagement, education and other initiatives driving sellers’ commercial growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional teams and C-level stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Solid data analytics

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- 2+ years experience; Ecommerce experience is a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree
