Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts effectively in both languages
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or related creative industries
  • Exceptional cold calling skills and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Constant Contact, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Familiarity with the Latino market and cultural nuances is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
