Integration Analyst is part of Acadia’s Client Operations team. The Integration team focuses on supporting clients with technical aspects of implementing Acadia’s products and services. The group works closely with clients and internal teams on a wide range projects.

The Integration Analyst position is generalist role requiring exposure to wide range technical concepts as well as product specific knowledge. The ideal candidates will start with some level of domain specific knowledge and be capable of learning from experience and available resources to develop further expertise. Successful candidates in the role are those most willing to take on challenge of a project or issue with which they are not completely familiar and pursue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with clients to define requirements & timelines for implementation projects
  • Function as primary contact for client projects and/or as a contributor in project team
  • Develop understanding and expertise across spectrum of Acadia projects (Margin Manager and workflows, Settlement Manager, IM Exposure Manager, etc)
  • Participate in resolution of production issues related to all aspects of the Acadia’s products
  • Use defined tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc) for documentation and work tracking

Experience And Qualifications Required

  • Experience with REST API messaging
  • Understanding of SFTP file transfer mechanics
  • Understanding of derivatives margin call process and/or exposure to initial margin risk calculation (ISDA SIMM)
  • Experience managing commitments across multiple simultaneous projects with ability to prioritize effectively to meet established target dates
  • First hand experience with Acadia products and processes is a strong preference
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
