Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive critical business transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic projects across people, processes, and technology while ensuring successful change adoption and business alignment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transformation and change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Partner with Business Leaders and key stakeholders to drive the realization of strategic initiatives.
  • Structure and set up initiatives that focus on people, process, and technology improvements.
  • Monitor the progress and delivery of change initiatives, proactively tracking risks, issues, and remediation actions.
  • Conduct change impact analysis, assess organizational readiness, and embed change management within strategic projects.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, anticipating potential roadblocks and addressing them proactively.
  • Oversee vendor management and project resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization and logistics planning.
  • Strengthen project management and change management capabilities within the organization, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years of experience leading transformation or strategic projects.
  • Financial/ Banking Industry experience is a must for this role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across functions.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proven ability to drive change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions for employees and business units.
  • Experience managing project dependencies, risks, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
