We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to serve as our Philippine Office Leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the Philippines. Position Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Philippine office, aligning local operations with global objectives
- Manage and develop a professional staff of 300+ employees across various service lines
- Drive business growth and operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including U.S. leadership, local business partners, professional associations, educational institutions, and government
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, professional standards, and firm policies
- Oversee recruitment, talent development, and retention strategies
- Manage the office's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Manage operational performance metrics such as employee utilization, productivity, and service delivery excellence.
- Lead innovation initiatives and process improvements
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our firm's values, Aprio Fundamentals
- Serve as the primary representative of the firm in the Philippine market
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- Master's degree preferred Philippine
- CPA license or U.S. CPA license highly preferred
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in public accounting or related professional services
- Minimum 8 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a multinational environment
- Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms or other international professional services organizations highly preferred
- Previous experience managing offshore operations for U.S.-based companies (accounting/professional services firm, finance shared services center, finance and accounting outsourcing, or similar)
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Philippine accounting standards and practices
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino Demonstrated experience in managing cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities Experience in digital transformation and process automation initiatives
