Administrative Assistant
· Accountable for the teams’ timely and accurate HR onboarding- includes all interfaces and HR processing activities.
· Ensure quality controls in the recruitment and onboarding process and update documentation- includes employee/contractor records, results and audit checks.
· Manage client issues in HRIS system and work with client and internal partners to classify, prioritize and follow-up.
· Identify, recommend and implement process improvement methodologies that strengthen service delivery.
· Act as a Checker to review various HRIS works & activities.
· Assist the Manager with tasks for all audit products.
· Communicate with the responding clinical department to obtain detailed responses to audit HR findings. To the extent possible, ensure responses are received on a timely basis. Prepare follow-up documents, as necessary, prior to submission to the HR department.
· Communicates routinely with Manager regarding audit progress, issues, other departmental work timelines, priorities, etc.
· Compile and finalize audit reports; create PDF files packets to send to HR department source.
· Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
· Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
Skills and Experience· Should work with accountability and ownership for end- to- end hands-on processing recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
· Experience and Knowledge in US Hiring, Recruiting & Onboarding is a Must.
· Strong ability to interpret and follow Business Policies/ HR Procedure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Amenable to Remote Work Contract agreement - permanent work from home
