Responsibilities
- Responsible for client acquisition, deposit growth, and profit increase.
- Supervises BOO, ensuring adherence to bank/BSP policies and guidelines.
- Motivates staff, ensures high client service standards, and conducts BOO performance appraisals.
- Ensures accurate, timely submission of SBU reports by BOO; evaluates monthly income, expense, and performance reports.
- Attends BBG meetings and conducts monthly SBU meetings.
- Promotes all bank products, identifies new clients, and develops sales strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any Business Related course
- With at least five (5) years experience in the banking industry particularly in banking operations, banking regulations and compliance, and sales.
- With at least one (1) year in a managerial role.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience as Branch Manager.
- Knowledge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in rural banking is a plus.
