Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client acquisition, deposit growth, and profit increase.
  • Supervises BOO, ensuring adherence to bank/BSP policies and guidelines.
  • Motivates staff, ensures high client service standards, and conducts BOO performance appraisals.
  • Ensures accurate, timely submission of SBU reports by BOO; evaluates monthly income, expense, and performance reports.
  • Attends BBG meetings and conducts monthly SBU meetings.
  • Promotes all bank products, identifies new clients, and develops sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Acts as account officer for clients, providing excellent service and managing customer issues.
  • Markets and generates loans based on target segments; ensures compliance with the credit process, and monitors loan performance to maintain a quality credit portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any Business Related course
  • With at least five (5) years experience in the banking industry particularly in banking operations, banking regulations and compliance, and sales.
  • With at least one (1) year in a managerial role.
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience as Branch Manager.
  • Knowledge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in rural banking is a plus.
