Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Taguig. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and delivering advertising solutions that exceed client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met, presenting and pitching creative ideas to clients, overseeing campaign performance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client account management and relationship building
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles
  • Proficient in using project management and CRM tools
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
