Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Culture and Engagement Lead (aka our Ambassador of Fun) at Aika Events & Productions Inc. The Culture and Engagement Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing engagement initiatives, organizing internal events, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting team collaboration. This role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure the company's culture and values are integrated into daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing engagement initiatives
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Experience in HR or related fields is required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
