Should be able to harness and have expert skills on data science, learn the business unit being supported, learn new technologies and approaches to the initiatives of the team and should be cooperative and participative in group discussions in presenting results of the studies.

- Appreciate how Marketing works and its importance to the organization
- Stitch the marketing campaign journey / experience to the diff data points and perform insighting
- Understand the different KPIs / metrics and how these drivers affect the business
- Share learnings from the insights gathered and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Have an ROI perspective and ensure that the benefits gained outweighs the investments spent on campaigns
- Gain experience in using Google suite & SQL and improve technical skills
