Job Description

  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Preprate reports by compiling summaries of earning taxes, deduction, leave and non taxable wages
  • Process government mandated benefits
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Maintains employee confidence and protect payroll information by keeping Confidential
  • Prepares periodic reports for Payroll Manager/ Finance and Accounting Head, as necessary and requested.
  • Assist employee/s and provide advice in relation to payroll concern
  • Preparation of check for final pay and statutory payment monthly
  • Schedule of all payroll related advances such as HMO, employee loan and other deduction related in payroll
  • Schedule of employees government related advances such as AR – SSS
  • 1601-C tie up against Trial balance monthly
  • Comply with the government statutory reports such as 13th month report, annuliazation, BIR 2316 and other related payroll reports.
  • Comply with the internal reports as such ERC, attrition and other payroll related reports.
  • Work hand-in-hand with HR- L&D regarding newly promoted Supervisor, new hire employees and Managers for timekeeping and payroll training.
