Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Determine a company’s value by examining its financial statements and management reports

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and preferably passed the CPA Licensure Exam
  • Having Latin Honours is highly advantageous
  • Outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)
  • With strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
  • Willing to be assigned to Las Piñas/Mandaluyong
