Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space. We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We launch the products under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory.

We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of ecommerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us and help us grow our traffic and conversions across our online sales channels using paid advertising. The ideal candidate will ensure the company's growth targets are met through strategic ad spend, conversion optimization, and cross-channel integration.

Role

  • Own and drive Armada’s paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and various marketing and online sales channels to achieve GMV and ROAS targets
  • Work in a structured and methodological way and build playbook for Meta advertising
  • Manage and train the performance marketing team
  • Improve CTRs (Click-Through Rate) and Conversion Rates through structured experimentation, audience targeting, creative enhancements and process improvements
  • Oversee daily media buying operations, ensuring efficient budget allocation across campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative and content generation team to develop high-performing ad creatives, testing new formats and messaging
  • Improve attribution tracking and analytics, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively

Background

  • University degree
  • Significant experience in running Meta ads for ecommerce brands (7 years minimum)
  • Strong track record in i) GMV growth, ii) ROAS performance, and iii) ad conceptualization
  • Familiarity with the channels Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok
  • Strong work-ethics, independence, self-starting mindset, and hands-on mentality
  • Methodological approach, structured thinking, and clear communication
