We are hiring for a Service Leader - Front Office.
As a Service Leader - Front Office, we rely on you to:
- Have a complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
- Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
- Take note, collect, and take action on any guests’ preferences.
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedure.
- Supervise Front Office operations and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.
- Know all the emergency procedures and the appropriate response during each emergency situation.
- Is presentable, articulate, and well-groomed
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Is a college graduate (preferably HRM)
- Has a relevant experience as Front Office with a supervisory position
- Has strong engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Is able to lead and motivate the team
- Takes ownership and initiative
- Has knowledge of OPMS (preferably)
- Is willing to work long hours
- Background in Rooms Controlling using OPMS
