Job Description

  • Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region, ensuring each hub is on track with agreed standards
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs
  • Dispute resolution within and outside the team Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
  • Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
  • Implement new processes
  • Lead a team that can effectively and efficiently grow
  • Work effectively cross functionally
  • Be able to conduct capacity planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
  • At least 5 years experience in logistics. FMCG or 3PL experience is a plus.
  • Has held a leadership role in a division or team
  • Process driven person.
  • Experience in data analysis, particularly in performance management
  • An engineering background specifically Industrial and Process Engineering is an advantage
  • Experience and familiarity with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality principles.best practices is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, including listening skills and escalation skills
  • Able to manage teams remotely
  • Has multi tasking skills
  • Organized and innovative
  • High level of integrity
  • Has a track record of consistently meeting targets
  • Has track record of improving organizations
  • Has change management skills
  • Owns his own vehicle that he can use to move around hubs
