Job Description

The Mobile Micro Market Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that uplift and digitalize the lives of Filipinos. This includes implementing initiatives and go-to-market campaigns leveraging the strengths of Mobile in order to drive meaningful impact and fuel business growth in priority areas. The role involves working closely with regional and trade marketing teams, analyzing customer and market insights, identifying opportunities, and crafting innovative, localized programs that contribute to stronger digital adoption and market leadership.

Operationalize innovative programs that will uplift and digitalize the lives of Filipinos

  • Oversees the implementation and execution of Top-Down Micro Market Programs to ensure success of the Micro Market Strategy
  • Executes Micro Market go-to-market Campaigns from design to implementation
  • Participates in cross-functional collaboration campaigns and initiatives with Business Units outside the Prepaid Business
  • Works together with Regional, Channel and Trade Marketing partners in cascading the Micro Market Programs


Create new ways to understand the business and build deeper connections with the customer

  • Systematically source out relevant information regarding current & evolving customers, competitors, solutions, & marketing opportunities from various resources to develop the customer & market profile and provide a holistic view of the business
  • Builds strategic analytic insights from operational reports, analytic studies, predictive models and qualitative data into recommended value propositions and actionable campaigns that address specific customer groups across their lifecycle
  • Act as an analytic partner/advisor to the Regional Teams by proactively providing updated customer/market insights that can be used in crafting business plans/strategies for the short and long term
  • Perform field visits in the area to validate table-top insights & truly understand customer behavior


Create programs that will continuously drive the growth of the business through the priority segments of the mm areas

  • Develops a driver-based framework in creating programs addressing customer pain-points through profiling, area validation, hypothesis validation, solutioning and review
  • Develops programs that leverages on strengths of Mobile and have an interplay with Broadband to delivery maximum impact
  • Consistently monitors revenue progress of programs in Micro Market Areas and, identifies opportunities to improve performance and drive market share, and create opportunities
  • Evaluate and enhance marketing attribution strategies to deliver data driven insights on the quality of campaigns
  • Reviews and assesses local campaigns and programs to ensure effectivity and determine opportunities for scale
