About The Job
What You’ll Do:
- Calendar Management: Successfully manage the Department Head's calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
- Travel Coordination: Ensure all aspects of the Department Head's travel itinerary are efficiently arranged, including flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support, including preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required by the Head of the Department.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Expat Services: Successfully manage all aspects of the company’s expat services, including visa and work permit applications, relocation services, and expat benefits administration.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head of the Department.
- Special Projects: Successfully complete special projects assigned by the Department Head, which may include research and analysis, report preparation, and other duties as required.
- Must be amenable to work onsite DAILY
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Above average communication skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and MS Teams.
- Experience / exposure in an IT / technology space
- IT Project Management exposure / Project Management
- Able to do research
- Permanent dayshift schedule
- Up to 20% variable performance-based bonus
