Job Description

The successful candidate will manage and expand a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers by selling a variety of products or services directly to small and medium-sized accounts. In addition, the candidate will perform crucial account maintenance tasks and formulate upsell strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop business relationships with existing NetSuite SMB customers.
  • Perform account maintenance tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Work in tandem with solution consultants to conduct annual and quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Expand customer accounts by upselling additional NetSuite modules and services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other NetSuite departments as needed.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through campaigns and constant customer engagement.
  • Accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Formulate and execute upsell strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Comfortably conduct online meetings and presentations with C-level stakeholders.


Qualifications displayed in the job posting:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' sales experience, with at least two years in account management.
  • A successful track record in a sales quota-bearing role.
  • Experience working with North American customers and an ability to communicate effectively with them.
  • Flexibility to work in the North American time-zone.
  • Willingness to work in an office setting.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within these accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with basic ERP knowledge or experience selling to the Enterprise Resource Planning space .
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
