As a member of Revenue Operations team, Order Management Manager will support the Sales organisation by fulfilling business requests and/or account orders. This role will ensure compliance to all company and business policies while administering all account openings and modifications. We are looking for a candidate who is independent, highly dynamic, meticulous, fast learner, good communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.

As a member of Revenue Operations team, Order Management Manager will support the Sales organisation by fulfilling business requests and/or account orders. This role will ensure compliance to all company and business policies while administering all account openings and modifications. You Will
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open client account orders and ensure appropriate order flow
- Perform troubleshoot on client account configuration and assist in identifying and recommending various enhancements to our operating system and/or process
- Manage all communication with the commercial department on all the updated processes for all customer orders and ensure optimal practices for all processes
- Support and resolve discrepancies in billing or production transactions and ensure accurate system billing of all accounts
- Responsible for monitoring, analysing customer data, making effective recommendations for customer data changes and following up on implementation
- Manage and support various enhancement projects with cross-functional team
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in high performance sales organisation in sales support, sales operations, client operations or operations expertise
- Preferred to have work in credit bureau organisation
- Strong logic and innovative ability to make full use of various resources to achieve the overall goal
- Target orientated and high ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- High levels of self-motivation and teamwork spirit
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English for written and verbal communication,
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Hubspot
- Change agility - someone who can keep pace and be adaptable to the changing needs of projects and the organization.
- Can work independently to plan and complete tasks with minimal input
- Self-motivated with lifelong learning habits
- Experience with fintech or payment service is a plus
- Experience working in a global role is a plus
