What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Offering basic support on client systems and tools
- Reviewing VA applications and shortlisting potential candidates
- Monitoring and improving client-VA collaboration
- Assisting with calendar and inbox management for clients
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- A natural talent for building rapport and trust
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A background in client services, events, or hospitality (a plus, but not required)
