Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Migration Engineer with strong expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform to lead system migrations and optimize cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation, ensuring a seamless migration from on-premises to Azure.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services and Cloud Migration;
- Strong expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes, and Terraform;
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and building reusable Terraform modules;
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines for automating cloud deployments;
- Have previous experience in migrating on-premise applications to the cloud (Azure preferred, AWS also considered);
- Solid understanding of containerization, microservices, and DevOps practices;
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
Desired Skill-set
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or equivalent);
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure & AWS).
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of on-premise systems to Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security;
- Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines;
- Design, implement, and maintain Terraform modules for automated infrastructure provisioning;
- Develop and optimize Kubernetes-based solutions, ensuring efficient deployment and management of containerized applications;
- Build and enhance deployment pipelines to automate cloud interactions and service deployment in Azure;
- Monitor and optimize cloud services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability;
- Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives;
