Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming guest calls in a timely manner.
  • Rapidly and accurately enter reservations into systems accordingly.
  • Process payments (deposits & refunds) per hotel policies.
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to the hotel services, shopping and dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Learn a variety of hotels and accommodation types and actively sell the best fit for optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and rates.
  • Properly refer & transfer Group sales inquiries
  • Check and answer any emails on the reservations and forward emails to proper managers.
  • Manage guest messages/Q&A (and other booking channels as needed).

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work in the office (5x a week)
  • Ability to learn & master multiple software systems as required (with preference to Opera/Opera Cloud PMS).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to quickly analyze availability (puzzle format) in the system and offer booking solutions to inquiring guests.
  • Willing to help/mentor other team members.
  • Someone who cares to provide meaningful feedback to help the organization improve.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, within 7:00 PM - 9:00 AM Manila time

Work Location: 2nd floor, Lexmark Plaza 3, Cardinal Rosales Ave. Cor Samar Loop, Cebu Business Park, 6000, Cebu City, Philippines
