- Develop and maintain software manuals, training documents, design documents, and test documents.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and updates.
- Organize and structure documentation for easy accessibility and comprehension.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in technical content, following industry standards.
- Support internal teams by providing clear and well-structured documentation for software projects.
- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
- You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets. Skills in Mandarin would be a plus to support our business in Mandarin-speaking geographies.
- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- You have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and CAD
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
