About The Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Hunter with experience in the Philippines market to join our rapidly growing team. The role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. This is a full-time position (5/2) with working hours aligned to the Philippines time zone.

Tasks

• Identify and onboard new affiliates from the i-gaming industry through direct outreach, industry forums, events, and social media platforms;
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of local affiliate networks in the i-gaming sector to attract high-performing affiliates;
• Achieve aggressive recruitment targets by securing a high volume of quality affiliates within short timeframes;
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliates to align with program goals and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing;
• Previous experience in the iGaming/Trading industries;
• Strong knowledge of local affiliate networks;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting partnerships;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
• Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive recruitment goals;
• English - at least B2 level;
• Filipino - Native proficiency.
