Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and checking contract reviews for various schemes, managing sales targets, cross-selling services and trainings, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Interrelationships:

• Collaborate closely with N+1 (supervisor/manager).

• Coordinate with other business units and regional offices.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Prepare and check contract reviews for different schemes (QHSE - IMS, ISMS, FSSC, IATF, ENMS, etc.).

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the team.

• Cross-sell new services and trainings (QHSE - IMS, ISMS, FSSC, IATF, ENMS, etc.).

• Retain existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.

• Prepare monthly sales reports.

• Assist in acquiring new accounts for certification.

• Conduct technical reviews of contracts for audit packs.

• Oversee training events to ensure they meet client requirements.

• Supervise daily sales activities of the team.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Manage the sales process, including lead generation, appointment setting, presentation of company services, proposal preparation, follow-up, negotiation, contract acquisition, and handover to the operations team.

• Identify and follow up on business opportunities, including new or ongoing products.

• Report all opportunities, proposals, and contracts in the database (SALES FORCE, etc.).

• Regularly visit potential and existing clients.

• Liaise with other countries, technical centers, and related business lines to obtain necessary support.

• Coordinate opportunities with other business lines.

• Perform any job-related assignments as required by N+1 or above.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English language skills, both written and oral.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc.

• College degree or higher.

• Honest, reliable, and strong sense of work responsibility.

• Attention to detail and process improvement skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong time management skills.

• Confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated.
