Job Description
As an E-commerce Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s online retail operations. You’ll manage the Shopify store, ensure smooth communication with customers and manufacturers, and play a crucial role in expanding the business. Responsibilities
• Manage customer communications, providing exceptional service and support
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure smooth product flow and inventory management
• Conduct wholesale outreach to expand the brand’s presence
• Operate Shopify backend, including data analysis, product imports, and listing creation
• Develop and manage engaging newsletter flows to boost customer engagement
• Analyze e-commerce data to drive informed business decisions
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support overall business operations
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, potentially through live chat systems
• Order fulfillment & management
• Implement Zapier (or similar) automation flows
Requirements
• Proficiency in Shopify platform and e-commerce operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• Experience in customer service and wholesale communications
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
• Faith-based background preferred but not required
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Passion for e-commerce and willingness to grow with the company
